New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the order arrival date.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags, liners, and original packaging intact.
Items must be free of scents, such as perfume, smoke, or other strong odours.
Bikini sets must be returned in full (both top and bottom), with all pieces included to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

We want you to love your Kelpie Swimwear. If you're not completely satisfied, follow these simple steps for a return:

1. Contact Us
Email us at returns@kelpieswim.com within 14 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Approval
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions, including the return address.

3. Shipping the Item
Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 business days of receiving your return authorisation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. For easy drop-off, visit any Post Office, Self-Service Kiosk, or approved Postal Provider. Find your nearest drop off point here.

4. Refund
After we receive and inspect the return to ensure it meets our criteria, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary by financial institution.

Note: To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and in original packaging with liners attached.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at returns@kelpieswim.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

Where is my return?

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologise that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@kelpieswim.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What if my item is faulty ?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. After 1 month from your order received date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
